I am looking forward to guiding you through an emotionally balancing, transformational passage of discovery. My goal is to draw awareness toward specific blockages and their “root causes” that underpin chronic illness, limiting the body's ability to thrive in perfect homeostasis. The human body is an intelligent organism, that given the correct support, has the ability to heal itself. I will be focusing on the physical and cognitive expressions of disease to restore peace within the mind and body. Having dis-ease is simply the body's signal, evoking awareness to a specific blockage or something that is merely out of alignment. Blockages to healing can manifest in an array of physical and mental symptoms. Quite often, these blockages can have such an intense grip within the body that the very thought of change can be overwhelming or even impossible. Through subtle adjustments in perception, diet, individualized targeted supplementation, support services and functional testing we will begin to see the true healing process unfold. What Will An Initial Appointment Look Like?
Prior to your first appointment you will fill out an in-depth questionnaire (download below). Your answers will help to establish the underlying cause of your condition. To best help you we need to go way beyond your medical history and include a situational history of past and current life stressors. You will also be asked to bring all of your current medications, supplements, and a list of all personal care items. If available, all medical records for the past 10 years will also be requested. After your first appointment, its possible that testing and some supplementation will be recommended. I understand the time and effort it will take in acquiring the compiled information, but this process is paramount for the accurate development of the initial protocol and the foundation for future success in re-establishing function within the body. I look forward to helping you.
Self Guided Program
For those looking for a more self guided program I offer a patient direct code that give you access to a 5 phase program that address root cause issues that are holding back your wellness. These supplements are not offered to the general public so you will have to schedule a full comprehensive intake to determine if you are eligible for the program. Upon approval you will be given the code and you are on your way. This program allows you the freedom to order each phase directly to your home with no appointment needed. The program is self explanatory and self guided. This program is for individuals that are looking for more of a hands off approach. The program does not include functional testing, blood draws, individualized targeted supplementation, support services or practitioner guidance.
